Senior Loan Officer Chase Pinkston understands the value of commitment. That means going the extra mile for clients to ensure that their real estate purchase is simple, pain-free and achieves their goals in the most efficient way possible.
Chase has over a decade of experience serving the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He holds a BSBA in Marketing Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas. His expertise gives him a solid grasp of the intricacies of timing interest rates and enables him to help clients craft an effective strategy to minimize market exposure without sacrificing potential market improvement.
By taking a proactive approach to each loan transaction, Chase helps his clients avoid hassles and potential pitfalls in the closing process. His dedication to customer service is demonstrated by the fact that many of his clients are repeat customers or have been referred by Realtors, attorneys or financial planners who appreciate the level of professionalism he brings to every transaction.
Chase’s commitment to serve also extends to his community involvement. Married for 10 years, Chase has three daughters and is an active member of Park Cities Presbyterian Church. He and his wife support inner-city justice mission ACT, the West Dallas Community School, and The Covenant School, which their eldest daughter attends. Chase also serves on the board of directors of Ashley’s Buddies Care, a golf tournament that raises money for Scottish Rite Hospital in the name of Ashley Robertson.
