The key to Jerry Williams’ success as a loan officer is putting his clients’ needs first. He takes the time to educate his clients about the loan process, understand their priorities, and put together a loan program that will meet both their short-term and long-term financial goals.
“When you care about your clients, you look out for their best interests and not your own,” Jerry says. “You also go above and beyond to make sure the homebuying process goes as easily and smoothly as possible for them.”
A native of the Dallas area, Jerry received his bachelor’s degree in performance improvement technology from Baylor University before entering the loan business in 2005. With a thorough understanding of the market and the range of loan options available, Jerry helps take the guesswork out of what can be a difficult and stressful process.
“I try to do a thorough job on the front end so that my clients will feel confident and secure throughout the process,” he says.
From approval through closing, Jerry is always available to his clients to answer questions or address concerns. Depending solely on referrals to generate business, Jerry knows that fostering communication and trust is the key to success.
Jerry and his wife have three children and are active at Normandy Church in Lake Highlands. Jerry also serves on the board of Free City International, a nonprofit organization that mentors refugees who have settled in the Dallas area.
